For just $125, we’ll visit your space, assess its potential, and leverage our extensive construction expertise to provide you with a preliminary estimate. You’ll gain valuable insights into realistic costs and budgeting tailored to your project, ensuring you’re well-prepared for the next phase of your renovation! Please note, it can take 7-14 days or longer to receive your estimate.
Starting from scratch? Our in-home design consultation, priced at $450, includes a 2D and 3D rendering of your space and up to two revisions to refine the plan. You’ll receive an estimate tailored to your budget and practical needs. This is ideal for those wanting a clear visualization of their dream kitchen or bath design from the start.
Start your renovation journey with a quick, no-commitment phone call! Share your ideas, and we’ll discuss your vision, needs, and budget to provide an initial project range.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll finalize the contract and secure your project with a 15% deposit. At this stage, we handle all the necessary permits and approvals, navigating local regulations to ensure everything is in place before construction begins. This process saves you time and stress, laying the groundwork for a smooth project launch.
With a clear understanding of potential costs, our design team will work with you on an hourly basis to refine the design, layout, and selection of finish materials, ensuring your vision aligns with your budget.
Your input is essential, and we’ll incorporate it to craft the perfect space. TBrothers will manage all orders for selected finishes ahead of construction to ensure everything is ready on schedule.
To cover the time spent on ordering, coordinating delivery schedules, and inspection, a 20% markup is applied to all fine finish selections (excluding cabinets and countertops).
