After shopping around and getting estimates I chose to do business with the TBrothers. I had a very old kitchen in a seventy-year-old house. After spending a lot of time with Leyela and listening to her suggestions, I took a lot of her advice. As I found her to be very knowledgeable. She helped me to pick out all of my appliances, my cabinets, my countertop, my back splash, sink, lighting and flooring. Also my colors. I agreed on the price and she had me sign the contract and she began placing my orders and had the items delivered to my house. When they were ready to start my job everything was there. I was amazed at how the demo crew put plastic up all over to separate rooms to keep the dust and dirt isolated. They had a dumpster in the driveway and were very neat about the cleanup everyday sweeping and vacuuming, also they had an air exchange running to move the dust outside. I was very impressed. Several workers each having their own expertise worked together all knowing the job very well. Don’t recall anyone taking time to eat lunch except to maybe eat a sandwich in the car. Every day they left the kitchen clean and tools in a corner of the room. I was amazed. I didn’t know any of these people before my job and they were very honest and trustworthy. I went to work, stopped home frequently, and everyone was working, and I always greeted with a pleasant smile and something nice said to me. As time went on my grandson said to me, “Grandma, you have to be their worst nightmare,” as I always checked every little thing and had lots of questions. They were very patient with me. I said, “I’m sorry I’m such a nit-pick!” And I was told, “Our job is to please the customer.” I was very happy to hear that. The staff at TBrothers is extremely professional, polite, honest, and hard working. I absolutely love my kitchen and I would recommend the TBrothers to anyone looking for a reasonable, very professional job.
